Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy - Trumicah AirBounce bookings can be requested online, by phone, text or email. All rentals are first‑come, first‑served, and your date is not guaranteed until we confirm your reservation. Once confirmed, you will receive your event details and arrival window by text or email. Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at drop‑off, before setup begins. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. If payment is not available at arrival, Trumicah AirBounce Inflatables may cancel the rental. Cancellation Policy - Payment is due on day of drop‑off no deposit required. - Cancel at least 3 days before your event. - For bad weather Trumicah AirBounce Inflatables will either reschedule or cancel. Rules & Safety Policy - Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use. Follow posted age, weight, and capacity limits. No shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, pets, or rough play on inflatables. No flips, wrestling, or climbing on walls. Keep entry/exit clear and make sure all jumpers are wearing socks only. (No shoes, no bare feet). Follow all operator instructions at setup; if instructions are ignored Trumicah AirBounce may end the rental without refund. Damages & Responsibility Policy - The renter is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow rules and instructions. This includes tears, cuts, writing, stains, or broken parts. If repair or replacement is needed, Trumicah AirBounce may charge the renter for those costs. Trumicah AirBounce is not responsible for injuries that result from improper use, lack of supervision, or ignoring posted rules and safety guidelines.
